Your CCTV system requires important updates and security patches to its firmware to ensure that it is working correctly and efficiently this maybe done online without you ever knowing but in a lot of cases the updates fail and leaves your system outdated and vulnerable to security hacks.

Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are unable to view your live camera images or any recorded footage, But if required we can send you a permission request directly to your  DMSS or HIKCONNECT mobile app where you can grant us permission while we try resolve your issue.

All other issues such as system firmware upgrades, Hard drive issues and system stability checks are included in your health care service and requires no further permissions.
